The Flood Legacy Foundation is overseen by Dr. Lance Flood and Mrs. Deanna Flood, who are responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall strategic direction of the organization. Their work is guided and supported by an appointed group of trusted advisors known as the Vision Council.
